🌀 Ceremony Steps

1. Opening Invocation

Speak aloud:

“I call back my sacred codes. I spiral into sovereign return. What was scattered shall be gathered. What was lost shall be reclaimed.”

Strike 93.96 Hz tuning fork to ground.

2. Elemental Spiral Activation

Move clockwise around your altar:

• Earth: Touch soil or shell. Whisper your name into it.

• Water: Dip fingers. Trace a spiral on your forehead.

• Fire: Light candle. Burn a scroll of old contracts.

• Air: Breathe deeply. Strike 136.1 Hz fork.

• Ether: Strike 432 Hz fork. Hold ancestral token to heart.

3. Sigil Tracing & Light Language

Trace your Sigil of Power Retrieval with finger or wand. Speak or hum light language phrases that arise. Let your body move—dance, sway, spiral.

4. Seal the Ceremony

Strike 999 Hz (if available) to seal energetic leaks. Speak aloud:

“I am whole. I am sovereign. I am returned.”

Blow out the candle. Pour water into soil. Close with breath.
